Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed after purchase. Note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Schedule
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
Delivery Areas & Fee
We offer island-wide delivery for a flat fee of $5. If you won’t be available at your delivery address, please call, text, or WhatsApp 703-1418 to let us know where to safely place your order.
Order Returns
We do not accept returns for products purchased from our website. Once a product has left the building, we are unable to accept it back due to health and safety reasons.
Exchanges
As our skincare products are designed with care and crafted for personal use, we do not offer exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that has been damaged or if your order is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Email us at wholeselfbliss@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item or incorrect order. We’ll be happy to provide store credit or replace the item as appropriate.
